What it is: A practical tool built from your signed grant agreement that organizes required program activities, timelines, and expectations so your team can implement with confidence.

What you get:

    Identifies which role is responsible for key program requirements.

  • Implementation Timeline

Grant Close-Out Review (Post-Award)

What it is: A review of your signed grant agreement’s programmatic requirements to confirm all activities and reporting obligations are complete. If anything is unclear, we prepare a short list of questions for the funder to ensure nothing is missed.

What you get:

  • Final checklist of programmatic obligations as outlined in the agreement

  • Verification that all programmatic activities and reporting are marked complete (based on client confirmation)

  • Client-ready programmatic questions for the funder, if needed

Note: We identify gaps, but follow-up with the funder or final fixes are the client’s responsibility.
